Summary
These  are  the  Proceedings  of  the  CIB  W099  International  Conference  on  “Modelling  and  Building  Health  and  Safety”,  held  on  10-11  September  2012  in  Singapore.

The  proceedings  consist  of  80  papers,  including  four  keynote  papers  and  three  papers  presented  at  the  industry  sessions  of  the  conference.  We  received  125  abstracts.  90  full  papers  were  submitted.  All  papers  in  this  publication  have  been  through  a  blind  peer  review  exercise,  involving  review  of  abstracts  by  at  least  two  reviewers,  reporting  of  comments  on  the  abstracts  to  authors,  submission  of  full  papers,  review  of  full  papers  by  at  least  two  reviewers,  reporting  of  comments  on  the  papers  to  authors,  modifications  of  papers  by  authors  and  submission  of  final  version  of  the  papers.
